Lisa is an experienced Reiki Master Healer with over 20 years experience as well as a Body Talk Consultant and a highly qualified, professionally trained beauty therapist.

Lisa’s absolute passion is helping others on their health and wellbeing journey. Lisa knows through her own first hand experience how vital practices like reiki and body talk have been for her own personal physical and mental health.

Nothing gives Lisa greater joy than when she is able to help others lead a more productive, stress-free, energetic and revitalised lifestyle. Promoting better health and helping others live their best life is what I do best and it is my number one love.
